Die Cutting Enters the Digital Age   Our DDC technology allows us to cut parts to shape and size without the use of Steel Rule Dies. We can cut directly from an electronic file. Not only that, but you get cleaner, more precise cuts.

Some Advantages to DDC: Each sheet is analyzed during the cutting process. Our optical registration system will automatically adjust for material stretch, skew, etc. It insures the most accurate possible cutting and registration to the artwork (within .005"). One time set up fees are a fraction of traditional steel rule tooling. No replacing lost or broken dies, and no reruling worn dies. Cut files can be modified at any time. Need to add a hole or change a radius? No problem, we just modify the cut file. Steel rule die cutting is also available for high volume jobs.
